Broths are simmered for over 12 hours. Made from roasted vegetables, spices, and whole chicken carcasses and chicken meat / beef bones and beef.

All curry is housemade with a chicken broth base.

Pre-orders for every school week starts on Monday 9am and closes on Sunday 3pm of the WEEK PRIOR.
For modifications, TEXT (do not call) 415-498-0850. Modifications must be made by 6pm the day before, no execptions.
Lunch is delievered to the CAIS campus; you do not have to worry about pick up :)
